We have a modern laboratory in Johor, Malaysia, equipped with state-of-the-art analytical instruments, all of which comply with international and industry standards such as ASTM, ISO, and GB. Through highly automated testing processes, we provide global clients with a full range of high-precision physical and chemical analyses, from crude oil to fine chemicals.

Precision physical and chemical analysis instruments

The laboratory is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment such as the Avio 550 Max ICP Emission Spectrometer, which is used for in-depth testing of trace elements and metals in bulk oils and chemicals to ensure compliance with stringent environmental and industrial standards.

Oil Safety Indicator Identification

We have a number of automatic closed flash point testers, which can accurately determine the flash point of hazardous chemicals such as gasoline, diesel fuel and fuel oil, and provide a scientific basis for the transportation and storage safety of products.

Trace Ingredients and Quality Control

Equipped with professional micro moisture tester, automatic micro residual charcoal tester and precision heating device, it strictly controls the key quality indexes such as moisture and residual charcoal in the oil products to help customers accurately grasp the product specifications.
