Master's degree from the University of Suffolk (UK) & HANBRIDGE INSTITUTE (SINGAPORE)
NORTHEAST PETROLEUM UNIVERSITY (CHINA) Northeast Petroleum University Bachelor's Degree
He has been engaged in the petroleum commodity inspection industry since 2010, and has worked in the global inspection industry giants, China Commodity Inspection Group (CCIC) and Swiss Commodity Inspection Group (SGS), and has 15 years of experience in petroleum inspection, trade and sales, and rich experience in enterprise management.
Responsible for: Overall work of the company

MARCO LIU XINGBO 刘星博

Deputy Managing Director (Partner)

Master's degree in ESC BRETAGNE BREST (FRANCE)
‘’Engaged in the petrochemical industry in 2007, he has worked in China, the United States, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore and other large oil companies, listed companies, refineries as executives, with 19 years of rich multinational enterprise management experience.
Responsible for: Chairing the day-to-day work and supervising: Administration, Personnel, Finance

LIU SENQI 刘森岐

Executive Director (Partner)

Engaged in petrochemical trading and oil transportation industry in 2010. Experienced in international oil trading, settlement, warehousing, road (sea) transportation management, with many years of experience in the petrochemical industry.
